Important Notice Regarding Digital Downloads
LeoSwift Limited does not provide refunds for digital products that have already been downloaded, accessed, delivered, or installed.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales become final once the product has been successfully downloaded or delivered electronically.
3. Hosting & Managed Services Refunds
Eligible hosting or recurring managed services may qualify for refunds under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within the approved refund period (if applicable).
- Services must not have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Refunds apply only to the first-time purchase unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are not available once project work has started, milestones have been approved, or deliverables have been provided.
If a project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, LeoSwift Limited reserves the right to charge for work completed up to the cancellation date.
5. Subscription & Recurring Billing
Clients using recurring subscription services are responsible for canceling services before the next billing cycle.
Failure to cancel before renewal may result in automatic billing, and such renewals may not qualify for refunds.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact LeoSwift Limited first before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Service termination
- Permanent account restrictions
- Additional administrative or recovery fees
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution involved.
Refunds are typically issued using the original payment method where possible.
8. Service Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of eligible recurring services at any time through the client area or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation of services does not automatically guarantee eligibility for a refund.
